SCOPE: Our customer's press was not able to maintain the level and accuracy of the ram position. The scope of this project was to refurbish the controls on the press so that it would have all of the capabilities as when it was new, including: Manual and Automatic Mode, Three Down Speeds, Two Up Speeds, Ram Tilt, Tonnage Control, Safety Fences and Light Screen.

We used a PLC, keypad display, sensors and transducers to replace the old tape level control and relays.
